Cynnor Guard & Patrol Group Limited is a fast-rising security firm incorporated in Kenya in 2020 to provide a broad range of security and related services/products to clients.
CGPG aims to provide our customers with professional, reliable and cost effective security services tailored to meet their specific needs. We understand that security implementation is unique to different customers since there is no standard formula to secure client assets and work hard with clients to provide the right tailored service to suit each requirement.
Our expertise stretch from single day event to 24/7 manned security with customized approach to shape our clients’ security. We are a private company that provides. Security Services, Products and Parcel delivery to Hospitals, Financial Institutions, Schools, Religious Centers, Supermarkets, Government offices, Residential, Industrial & Commercial premises. We have our Head Office in Kijabe and agent offices in Naivasha and Nairobi.

OUR PEOPLE AND MANAGEMENT
The directors are indigenous Kenyans who have wide professional experience in the security and corporate field with combined experience of over 15 years. The senior management comprises various professional cadres with wide ranging experiences in the corporate field and provincial administration. Our strength lies in our people. It has been the company’s policy to maintain a high quality workforce.
To this end, we have been involved in selective recruitment coupled with continuous training programmes so as to best address the needs of those we serve. We have assembled a group of professional who handle the day to day running of the various assignments being undertaken by the company, in conjunction with several Supervisors and Security Officers.
CGPG CLIENT & CUSTOMER CARE
At CGPG, the client is our principal concern. Clients are encouraged to inform the management if they are dissatisfied with any of our services. Complaints are always dealt with immediately and efficiently to the clients’ satisfaction. The management conducts regular monitoring of customer satisfaction to update itself. There are prearranged clients’ premises visits and follow-ups. The company has an active feedback program where clients update us on the quality of services.
