This forms the principal of the company’s business. A certificate of good conduct from the Criminal Investigations Department is a prerequisite to the employment of guards and back up crews.
A panel of senior members of staff ensures that each individual meets the requirements laid down by the Company. Supervision of guards at the assignments is conducted both day and night to ensure that the guards are alert and properly killed as specified.
The management conducts random checks on both supervisors and guards. To back up the guarding services, the company maintains a rapid response team composed of highly trained fully kitted combatants who are deployed as required.
The guarding services are backed up by an internal intelligence gathering unit that advises the Directors and the top management on improvements.
